Maybe we think in a different mode.....for me this is a fan art because it is no a draw of original artist.......(sorry for my bad english.)

I do read messages. And fanart is drawing the character, not copying a picture. Fanart's on shaky legal ground as it is, and copying a picture directly, despite it being in your own style, is copyright infringement.

SURE!!!!!Many of my draws are a fanart.......when I said I like the character....it's logical that not are mine....... :S
Infact when I draw my character I said that are mine....don't you read my messages?.....

I like your coloring. That's all I can say about your artwork, since many of your pictures aren't truly yours(the pose and composition being taken from artbooks, mangas and the like). You should always list where you get your references from, else it could be considered art theft.

Taking a pose is fine. Taking a composition is fine, but taking a pose AND composition (like your hisoka picture) is not fine, particularly when you don't give credit where it is due.
